We cannot say enough about everything that you did to help us through the home buying process. There were so many twists and turns in our journey and you were always there to get us through each unique situation. Looking back on it all, I am amazed how you always had the right words and advice to get us through each situation. You are so relatable and thoughtful that people feel so at ease with you. When we were considering selling our home, we were concerned about the soft housing market. We knew there were certain things we needed to do to sell our home, but weren't sure which improvements made financial sense. Carol took the time to walk through every inch of our house and give reasonable recommendations for improvements and staging. We followed her advise and she sold our house in less than a month at full price. Carol made the process very easy and explained her sales strategy. We loved the flash animation on the web site and thought it was creative of her to have a neighborhood open house. Carol was reliable and responsive. She always returned our phone calls quickly.
We would highly recommend using Carol as your realtor. She was kind and patient throughout a difficult circumstance. Carol Foote was the third realtor that we worked with while trying to sell our house. We were very impressed with the advertising that she did for us. Carol was especially skillful in her visual presentation, which included an online website full of pictures as well as an informational booklet left at the house. The fliers that she printed had personality and she even made business cards featuring our home.
