Is Your Practice Trying to Recruit New Associates?
As a retired physician, I come to my real estate career with the experience of having joined a medical practice, set-up a practice of my own, and sold my practice. I have an understanding of the myriad of procedures that are required for credentialing and timelines for being able to get established and paid for taking care of patients.
In Northeast Ohio, practices are having a tough time competing for new physicians coming out of residencies or fellowships. By easing some of the burden of these processes, and coordinating timelines with relocation, I can help to promote our great medical communities and practices and ease the burden for the office manager.

A Hospital Recruiter Testimonial
Dear Carol:
I wanted to thank you for all of the help you have been in relocating
physicians into the area. Your knowledge of all the unique
characteristics of our individual communities and your skills in
representing them to our candidates has allowed me to feel comfortable in
recommending you as a resource to all of our candidates. I know without a
doubt that you will be there to help the family choose a lifestyle and home
that will be just right for their needs. You have the ability to
understand the concerns of both the physician and his or her family in
moving to a new area. The comments I receive back from the families you
have helped demonstrate my faith in your skills on a daily basis. I have
experienced through the families just how thorough and helpful you are.
I don't think the word "can't " has a place in your vocabulary. You have
gone "above and beyond" all of my expectations. I feel very fortunate to
have you working with me.
Sincerely,
Julie Ramage
